Help to configure email service, and small question about “automated Email”

I followed step-by-step this tutorial,

But I still not receive any mail…

I see, under “CONNECTED APPS”.

Mailchimp – xxxxx

In the Popup Integrations, I see under Active apps:

Now… since I’m not expert of Mailchimp, do I need to setup something in order to send the Hustle Automated Email

and, I see my email in Mailchimp audience. so, my website and Mailchimp are connected

Also, I use WP mail SMTP -> Other SMTP -> es1000.siteground.eu

I clicked “Email Test” and I receive the email in my Gmail account.
So, my website is able to send email correctly.

but I’m not able to receive any email from Hustle… Why?

Hi there @scarpinoc

Hustle does not have any automatic email sending functionality needed for newsletters. So you would indeed need to use a 3rd-party integration like MailChimp for that.

Once you have MailChimp successfully connected to Hustle, the only thing Hustle does is send the email contacts it collects to your selected MailChimp list.

What you do with those contacts must be done in your MailChimp account by creating a marketing campaign there that sends to your selected list.

Hi @scarpinoc,
When editing Hustle modules you can go to Emails tab and from there enable “Automated Email” option in order to send an email to your customers after subscriptions.
There’s no option to upload the ZIP file directly I’m afraid, but you can host the file on your server and then just include the download URL in your email instead

Ok, I bought Elementor PRO and, using Elementor Popup + Elementor Form widgets, I was able to create my perfect popup, in dual language without need to dublicate anything, and setting email from my website without need any external service.
Also I was able to edit the look in real time.

This feature is a bit different, it only sends a confirmation email to the user that signed to the list, fully email automation needs to be done in 3-party services like MailChimp, Zapier or any other integration if you are looking for more than a simple welcome email.
