Orders Reports Customer Names Blank

It sounds as something is preventing the names from being exported. Can you provide me the steps you are following to generate the report?

I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.

Thanks for the reply. I’m going to Analytics > Orders to generate the report and it’s both on screen and in the export CSV where the names are showing up blank.

Sorry for the delay in getting a reply to you. Your Status Report looks good, nothing jumping out at me as being an obvious cause there.

I’ve been checking my own test sites and they all have customer names showing for the same report so to me this points to a conflict happening somewhere on your site.

Can I ask you to go through a conflict test to hopefully narrow down what causes this, please? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts

Thanks for the reply! So I reverted to the 2021 theme, and deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce in a staging site, and the issue still persists. My guess is there may actually be something in one of the plugins or theme code that’s doing something to the customer name when an order is placed for certain orders?

I’d be happy to provide you access to our staging site so you can compare a couple orders and see if you notice some obvious difference that we’re missing.

Can I ask you to place a few test orders to replicate the ones you have already have? Install a mail logging plugin so we can check everything, emails included.

If you only have WooCommerce and 2021 active and they are still blank, I think you could be onto a winner here with that idea and more testing will confirm that.
