Spam attribute in DB

  • our goal is to send contact form sent by real customer from the DB to our CRM.
    We want to take the MSG (and other attributes we save to to the DB ) from the DB and send it to the our CRM. it
    we dont want to send spam msg.
    We tried to understand what the activates know what is spam/submit spam but with no success.
    When I have no spam filtering data i cause a problem because i send junk to my CRM.
    Can you please advice?
