Importing old posts with the correct date

  • WP.com has it’s own support forum, but anyway if you aren’t able to use the Import feature (which would automatically have the proper date) and are doing this manually by creating each post, on the post page there is a box called “Publish” and in there is the option to “Publish immediately” or set the date. Just click “Edit” to expand the option and set the date to what you wish it to display as.
