Featured images and site navigation menu disappeared

  • Hello. We’re using the Raven Rife theme which we liked it a lot, and it worked just great for a couple of months since we created this site https://wordsoftruth.cloud/. From about a month, above the homepage header video, a big space with the background image appeared (or a white blank space if we removed the background image), and also the main menu disappeared. Moreover, we noticed the same problem with posts and pages, while before each post and page showed the featured image with parallax effect as header. We tried to change the featured image on posts but it doesn’t upload the featured images anymore.
    Moreover we had to disable the hidden sidebar (that sharted showing without us enabling it) because it was showing everywhere, even on the homepage header, and it wouldn’t close even if we clicked on the X button.
    To make the site navigable again at the moment we put the navigation menu as widget on footer, posts and pages sidebar, but we would like to have the site working as it used to. Can you please help us? Thank you

    Hey ??

    I suspect you had some JavaScrip error on your website, that crashed the theme functionality.

    It could come from other plugins or modifications.

    On your place, I would try to disable everything until the page will work again as it should and then reactivate plugins one by one to look when it breaks.

    Hello. Thank you very much for your answer ?? We tried again to disable everything and to reactivate the plugins but it’s still not working. Do you have any other idea about what the problem could be? Thanks

    it looks like an error in JavaScript is coming from google ads. At least this is what I have noticed by a quick scan.

    If you don’t have experience with debugging websites, then on your place, I would start again on another server, and try to recreate your website from scratch, coping what is possible from your current site.
