Blank Exported File

    Hello and good day.

    I ran the exporter by only selecting the attributes and changing products to 100.

    The exporter produced a blank csv file both times I ran it.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Hi @rayeason,

    Please tell us which type of products you are trying to export. If you are required to export products other than simple, grouped, and external types then please have a look at our premium version plugin.

    It was a mixture of all my products, simple and also some subscriptions.

    So atleast the simple attributes should have exported, correct?

    As I said, I only selected the attributes to export. The tags and other I deselected.

    Hi @rayeason,

    Currently, in order to export the attribute data alone to the CSV file, you need to select at least one of the default fields on the mapping screen. Please try selecting any one of the default fields while exporting and try.
