First of all, thanks for answering.

We have configured the plugin following the guide that you comment on but first of all it keeps giving us the error of “API is not responding” (https://dormnature.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-09-27-a-las-18.45.35.png)
When doing the test with the Sandbox activated, in the checkout we get the error “Confirm payment method. Something went wrong with your session. Please log in again.” (https://dormnature.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-09-27-a-las-18.50.43.png)

We have verified that the tests have been carried out through the Sandbox section of Amazon Pay, where we have created an account to carry out the test.
It does not allow us to move forward, we need a solution to make this payment gateway ready.`

try to check the following link conflict test on a Staging site, could be some plugin or even the Theme you are using. We need to isolate the problem first.
