    Thank you for reaching out for assistance. Looking into your issue, I can see that your server may have restrictions or security settings to prevent connecting to the Instagram API – which is the “cURL error 28” you see. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and mentioning that you see this error when trying to connect to the Instagram “API: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Failed to connect to graph.facebook.com port 443: Connection timed out'”

    If the case is that they are blocking access, please request that they allow access from your site to graph.facebook.com, graph.instagram.com, and api.instagram.com.

    An alternative solution is to try connecting as a “Business” account by following these instructions.
