    Hi there!

I’m going to ask a few questions to help you:

Does it happen on any date? have you seen any Javascript error in your browser console? did you try to reload the page? Could you try to paste this date 10/01/2021 in the field and see if it works?

    Thanks.

    Hello @cleacos!!

Thx for your attention. I’m going to answer each of your questions:

“Does it happen on any date? ”
A: It happens on quotes. When I enter a new transaction or task, it seens to work properly.

“have you seen any Javascript error in your browser console?”
A: https://ibb.co/LhgwSk5 –> maybe It’s because of my AdBlocker Chrome Pluggin
    but after whitelisted it: https://ibb.co/XX5mSLD

“did you try to reload the page?”
A: It happens everytime I refresh it (even on Shift+F5)

“Could you try to paste this date 10/01/2021 in the field and see if it works?”
A: It keeps the “Invalid Value” after TAB.

    Hi Caio,

    Thanks for your answers!

I’m getting that error in Invoices and not Quotes. When I tried to set the date to the year 1900 (or any older years) then save the Invoice, I got invalid values.

When you create a new Invoice and try to set the correct date, are you getting the error?

“Could you try to paste this date 10/01/2021 in the field and see if it works?” – A: It keeps the “Invalid Value” after TAB.

Can you try to paste the date 10/01/2021 then, click the save or update button.

    Thank you!

    Hi Caio,

I checked the screenshot you posted, and it seems like some Javascript in your WordPress site is not working well. In this case, wp-auth-check.min.js is causing the Javascript problem and probably related with the jQuery version running in your WP installation.

What WP version do you have installed? 5.5?
Similar issues are caused by jQuery and some incompatibilities with that WP version. Installing and enabling jQuery Migrate Help could resolve the issue.
If not, could you deactivate all the plugins except Jetpack CRM and try again?

    Hello @aicee11 and @cleacos !!

“I’m getting that error in Invoices and not Quotes.”
A: I’m getting that on both (just checked)

“When you create a new Invoice and try to set the correct date, are you getting the error?”
A: Once I create the Invoice it shows the today’s date (https://ibb.co/p1Sz8D8), however If I try to edit it I get ‘invalid value’; if I simply save it, when I try to edit or view the Invoice, It shows ‘false’ value: https://ibb.co/PrC4v6j

“Can you try to paste the date 10/01/2021 then, click the save or update button.”
A: After pasting the date and pressing TAB it changes to the “Invalid Value” again.

“What WP version do you have installed? 5.5?”
    A: 5.8.1

“Installing and enabling jQuery Migrate Help could resolve the issue.”
A: After installing and enabling the pluggin, I got those warnings in the Edit Quote Page: https://ibb.co/99H0Z0H

“could you deactivate all the plugins except Jetpack CRM and try again?”
    A: The error persists

    === SOLVED ===
I just realized that my default date settings were on brazilian’s standart, so I updated it on the WP Settings and just pasted new dates on the ‘bugged fields’.

    Now everything is working properly…

    thx for your attention!
