    Hi, great, now I see what a problem. After the support changed the purchase accounts, I or they they made a mistake in the name of the email address. I have now fixed everything in my personal account. Please try now to answer my queries.

    Hi, now I noticed that all the tickets that hw I wrote during the week have disappeared from the office. I spent so much time writing tickets, waiting for answers for many days, and now everything is empty. And the license and downloads disappeared in my account!
