Woocommerce Warning: product-searchform.php version – is out of date

Hello –

Woocommerce is giving us this warning:

neve/woocommerce/product-searchform.php version - is out of date. The core version is 3.3.0

They said to do this:

https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/

But the Neve php file looks nothing at all like the Woocommerce one that Woocommerce requires users to replace it with.

Is the Neve theme outdated and not self-updating?
