Pluguin not deleting products and not updating information

    Hello there,

    This issue has been here for too long for you guys not to fix it, this plugin does not update or delete product data or products, our dynamic ads are sending customers to 404 page of product/link/trashed which is a shame when updating a product SKU it leaves old SKU and add new SKUs as new products, when deleting a product the product is still on the catalog and Facebook still send traffic to a product that does not exist.

    Please advise.

    Sorry that you are facing a frustrating issue with the extension.

    It looks like you are seeing deleted products in your Dynamic ads on Facebook, is that correct?

    Have you tried deleting this from your ad settings on Facebook.com?

    In a few cases we do not have full control on what remains on Facebook and it is best to delete or update things from there.

    It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
