Get the reviews form link and additional ratings

    Hi,
    is it possible with API or a shortlink get the form review landing page link?
    We sell wines and the idea is put on shipped bottles a QR code with a link to write a review about the tasted wine.
    Additionally, is it possible to add for each product some additional ratings? Like some wine features, for example fruity, floral…
