0 Sessions with product views

Thanks for reaching out to us about the problem you’re having with Product Views sessions.

I think the best option here is to follow the steps here to test if the integration is sending the correct data from WooCommerce to Google.

If that doesn’t help you track down the cause of the missing sessions, it would be great if could share a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it via the WooCommerce > Status page. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

After testing everything out I didn’t find any issues as the pageviews were recorded as usual and there were no conflicts. Even in Real Time on Google Analytics I could see my self moving from one product to another.

As I took a look into your site using Google Tag Assistant browser extension, I see a possible issue with mismatch ID that could be the cause of this issue. Please see the screenshot here: https://d.pr/i/VP4DtS

On your WP Admin dashboard, navigate to Marketing > Google Listings and Ads > Product Feed, there could you check if you see anything shown in the Issues to Resolve section?

We have removed the GA4 which may have cause the mismatched ID but the issue still persists.

In our Marketing we do not have Google Listings and Ads.

The non-standard implementation notice is there because we use this plugin. No other connection is used.

Any way to fix this?
