Video Loop and Hide Control Stopped working

    Hi

    The two videos I added to my ‘about’ and ‘contact’ page have stopped working.
    They only show a static page of colour.

    I can still play the videos in ‘my media’ but when I embed them to a block on these pages and select ‘play loop’ and ‘hide player control’, they stop working.

    So far I have: removed and re-loaded both videos from scratch. I have tried changing their size to no avail. I have de-activated ALL my plug-ins but they still don’t work. I have tried using a different browser, still no joy.

    My header video on my home page still works, which is weird.

    What else should I try doing ?
    I’m wondering if it’s just something really basic I’m not doing?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!!!! I am new to website building and finding it a mine field.

  • It would seem you have resolved this issue?
    Videos on the contact page and the about page play in my browser on page load.

    I just this moment found that if I disabled each control one by one, then re-activated them, the video works, but not the sound…. So for now i’ve switched the sound off. Not ideal and not fixed but an interim measure..

    Hmmm …….. sounds ideal to me.
