    Thank you for using CusRev.

    The anchor #reviews added to the URL of the product page when you click on the star rating (under product title) is the default feature of WooCommerce. It’s not an issue. And when I access the product page, the reviews tab does not open automatically unless clicking on the star rating or Reviews tab.

    Regarding the review form on your site. The review form only appears for the “verified owners” which means the customer who made orders on your site can be left reviews. Can you please disable this option so I can check the review form?
    Find it in WooCommerce > Settings > Products tab > Disable option Reviews can only be left by "verified owners"

    The problem is that i already deactivated the plugin so there is no issue now, i can’t activate it because we have customers on our site. if you will reply soon i will activate it and write here.

    Please activate our plugin and share some screenshots of the review form before/after the plugin is activated. I will help you to check the issue.

    First 2 imgs are good without your plugin, all works fine.

    the last 2 imgs with your plugin activated, as you can see in some products when open the single product page it just opens reviews bar automatically.
    the 2nd img when i check (add a review) it is just blank, nothing writing

    Regarding two screenshots after activating our plugin:

    It’s the product description tab, not the review tab of the product page. It does not look like related to our plugin.

    I see there is a message after clicking on “Add a review” button that does not allow an unverified purchaser to leave reviews. Can you please disable this option so I can check the review form?
