Bold heading when active

  • I want to bold the table of content heading when it reaches it correspondence section (in another word when it’s active) can you help me with this?

    I suggest using the TOC Widget as it will active highlight the current section as shown on this page:

    Hey Steven, I know that the TOC widget has the function to highlight the active section.

    But I am not using the sidebar on my blog post (link), so I cannot use widgets there. Thus using shortcode.

    Can you please give a workaround to highlight the active section even with TOC displayed through shortcode?

    Please help! I have not found this feature in any plugin yet…
