Review image not shown at review tab

    Hi,

    I like to use customer review plugin and had been used for more than 20 days. It is great plugin. But recently I faced an issue, I can’t view the images on Reviews > Reviews or click edit the comment/review to approve it to view the images. The image is in the medialibrary
    normally.

    Currently I am using
    Customer Review – Version 4.25
    Wordpress version – version 5.8.1

    May I know how to solve it?

    If you want to show images uploaded via the aggregated review form, please go to Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Enable option Attach Media.

    If you want to show images uploaded via the review form on the product page, please go to Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions > Enable option Attach Images.

    Hi

    I have already enabled the options below.

    1. Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder tab > Enable option Attach Medi
    2. Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions > Enable option Attach Images

    But still I can’t get image to show in the review tab.

    Can you tell me another way that I can debug?

    Thanks for your additional information.

    If you are using the shortcode [cusrev_all_reviews] to show reviews on the product page, you need to assign the attribute show_pictures to true to show the uploaded images. Please get more details of the shortcode in Reviews > Settings > Shortcodes tab.
