No option to respond?

Hi there – trying to respond to a new review (which I have previously done without issue), and I cant for the life of me see the option to respond anymore? I have disabled all other plugins on my staging site, and even rolled back a couple of versions of Site Reviews plugin – but still the same. Has something changed please? Is respond now a premium feature perhaps? Many Thanks, M.
