Unable to get carousel to display specific posts

Hi, I’ve written the code following code (substitute XXX with relevant post ids):

However, the posts shown in the carousel does not pull from the post ID given, and shows the recent posts instead. I’ve followed the documentations here https://docs.infornweb.com/blog-designer-pack-pro/

Is the specific post function locked behind a paywall?
