Please verify that the value of the “Referral var name” field is the same as in the url.

Also, check that the option “Make referral cookie expire” is activated and the value of the field “Referral cookie exp.” is greater than 0.

2.) The address is of course exactly the same.

1) Take in account that the field is number of seconds, so 30 days would be 2592000 seconds.

Did you also change the theme to a default one like “Twenty Twenty”?
Could you contact your hosting about this issue? Maybe it’s a cache or a cookie problem in your site.
Do you have our plugin up-to-date?

In general, cookies and / or caching are primarily to be searched for on the client side, i.e. in the browser.

Did you test with a default WordPress theme? If is that the case maybe you need to activate the debug log on your site and check if some error appears on it.

If you could provide some screenshots of the steps you are following could be helpful to us.

What my colleague Manuel meant, was to try it with a default WordPress theme, since some theme adds extra functionality that usually can break plugin behaviors.

So we are sure that with themes like twenty-twentyone all should work correctly, that’s why we are asking to test in one of these.

About the debug, you have to debug the Affiliates plugin, to know where it is failing. Probably just by activating it, some errors should show up.
