I am troubleshooting this error as well on our site, is that why we can no longer see the FAQ as a user? It shows up on the front-end for admins but not subscribers.

We just released version 2.0.24 of the plugin. This update:
– Adds in additional checks to prevent a console errors when the plugin JS files are loaded without the default localisation data being defined.

Please backup your WordPress site, and then update the plugin to resolve the JavaScript console error issue.

Our FAQ plugin does not have any options in the plugin to prevent non-admins from viewing FAQs on the front-end. Once a page containing the FAQ shortcode is published publicly, anyone can view it.

If possible, could you provide a URL to your FAQ page so that we can take a look at what’s going on? Also what shortcode are you using on that page? Could you copy and paste it in this thread too?

Unfortunately, the HTML source code indicates that each FAQ shortcode is empty. It could be that the tabs are conflicting with the plugin, as a test, could you place one FAQ shortcode on a new blank page and see if it appears?
