    en el momento el cual entra el pago y paso el pedido a alistamiento despues de unos minutos pasa a estado fallido esto no me estaba pasando antes pero ahora es muy recurrente el fallo me gustaria saber como lo puedo solucionar

    at the time the payment comes in and the order is put into enlistment after a few minutes it goes to a failed state this was not happening to me before but now the failure is very recurrent I would like to know how I can solve it

    Just to get more details here, which payment gateway plugin is affected?

    Normally, the Failed status is usually set by the payment gateway. For reference, kindly check this:

    Thus, I would recommend getting in touch with the plugin authors of the payment plugin that’s affected.
    You can find the payment plugin’s details from WP-Admin → Plugins and reach the plugin authors via the plugin page’s support tab.

    sigo teniendo el mismo inconveniente

    What Payment Gateway are you using?

    I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    You can also take a screenshot of the order notes from one of the Failed orders so we can check further.

    Hello @andresdev93 ,

    It looks like there is a slight misunderstanding.

    First, please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Secondly, navigate to the order details page from WooCommerce > Orders > Click on the order number that was failed, look for the “order notes” on the right side and take a screenshot of it.

    Share the screenshot of the order notes so that we can see how the order was created and when it was set to fail.
