This means the subdomain does not exist, so this is nothing that you as a plugin user can fix. I will try to contact adespresso regarding this.
It seems the plugin is deprecated / not maintained anymore but not everyone was aware of it: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/pixel-caffeine-plug-in-deprecation/
