    Hello,

I have a multi-vendor marketplace. I have a few problems. First of all, I cannot transfer the brands of the products sold to Facebook. Only my website appears as a brand. What can I do for it?

In my other problem, the products with no price entered give an error in the products with variations. How can I fix this?

Finally, I cannot transfer my FB product sets that I have determined according to my categories.

    Thank you

    Hi @tniron

    Regarding brands

Facebook for WooCommerce supports Product Brands for WooCommerce amongst others – basically any brand liisting using the taxonomy product_brand.

    Regarding pricing

Products synced with Facebook must have prices. You can either choose not to syn ch the item or to set a Facebook only price. Screenshot of product page

    Regarding product sets

Are you experiencing a specific error when trying to map your Facebook product sets to WC Product categories? Does the system pick up your product sets from Facebook at all, or does nothing display?

Finally, would you be willing to share logs?

    Hello,

First of all, I would like to state that most of my problem has been solved.

The product categories I matched didn’t show up at all. I deleted them and added them again. They are working now. All my products are listed.

I made the necessary adjustments in your message for price, stock and other faulty products. These warnings no longer exist.

I am using YITH plugin (free version) for brands. I guess that’s why they don’t sync. If I enter all of them one by one, will my problem be solved?

    Thank you

    Hi there,

Good to hear most issues are resolved!

When you select relevant product categories for your products, then a Brand field will appear. You can usually complete this space to pass the brand to your Facebook catalog.

I do want to let you know that we have an open issue for brands taking the site title instead of the entered brand. You can track progress here, as it is public:
    https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2006

If the product_brand taxonomy is what is used by YITH, then I expect you are seeing a result of that issue. We don’t have a timeline for this to be resolved, so apologies for the inconvenience!

    Hello,

I think your plugin makes a lot of complicated things very easy for me. That’s why I don’t worry about minor issues.

In time, someone will find a solution. After all, it does what it’s supposed to do, and it saves me a lot of time.

I will add the brands manually as you said. Maybe this field can be edited collectively in export/import settings with woocommerce csv file. I’ll give this a try.

    Thank you for support
    Toygar
