disable add to cart for specific product variations

    Hello! My store has product variations where in it is a bit difficult to tell our customers about the final price of the products so we want that the customers should fill in the “Request Quote” form, before they could actually purchase the product. But for certain options/variations, there is a fixed price so they can add it to the cart and do checkout & payment. For request a quote functionality we are using “Request a Quote by YITH” Is it possible to disable “Add to cart” for certain options/variations of the product? Please help!.
