Pixel Your Site not working

  • I have implement the pixel of my website, as well as the conversion API with the token. But when I try to test on Facebook business manager, no events are tracked… Is there something I miss in the implementation ? Something more to di than just enter the pixel and token codes ?

    Hello,

    It’s very hard to tell you what is wrong.

    1. Please make sure you clear caches.

    2. Make sure you don’t test with an excluded role (plugin’s main page, right at the bottom).

    3. Make sure you add the testing code. Server events are not visible without it. Make sure the code is up to date, Facebook changes it. Refresh to get the latest one.

    4. Sometime it helps to just refresh the Events Manager testing page.

    5. Do you see an event ID for all your events? If not, they are not fired by our plugin.

    If nothing helps, please contact us on our website, we will need more speciffic information, like your plugin’s debugging logs.
