    Hello there,
hope you are doing well ??

We have been making some tests and for us, it is working correctly. Could you provide us more info in order to try to find the origin of the problem, please? Maybe an error in the browser console or something similar would help to find the problem.

Also, it would be useful to us if you send us the link to any product on your page.

Let us know any news, please.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi,

The site is in maintenance mode at the moment. I could send you a private log-in if you share an email address please?

The only warning in the console is ‘This page uses the non standard property “zoom”. Consider using calc() in the relevant property values, or using “transform” along with “transform-origin: 0 0”.’

    Hello there,

We cannot have private credentials, sorry.

In order to see the problem, we need access to the product page, but since it is in maintenance, could you try the following?

Deactivate all plugins but Zoom and WooCommerce, and use a default WP theme.

So we could discard any incompatibility issue.

    Let us know, please.

I have the same issue, a grey loading box appears over the main image of all products on my site:

    https://www.afrocentralshop.com/shop/clothing/t-shirts/acs-statement-my-people-are-destroyed-from-lack-of-knowledge-t-shirt/

    <div class="yith_magnifier_loading" style="width: 570px; text-align: center; opacity: 0.5;">Loading...</div>

Additionally, this seems to break the carousel of alternative product views on my product pages.

Please advise what the issue is here. All my plugins are updated to the latest version.

@ante1974, If you need support then per the forum guidelines please start your own topic.

A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of getting the assistance you want. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.

    Hello there,

We tried to replicate the problem but all is working well for us. The plugin works fine in our tests.

We need more information about the problem or some way to replicate it, otherwise, we can’t give you a better answer right now.

Have you tried our plugin only with WooCommerce, our plugin, and a default WordPress theme?

Let us know any news, please.

    Have a nice day!

    Hi,

Thank you for checking with me. It was working until the update. I’m hoping to have the site out of maintenance mode soon so that you will be able to see the issue.

    Thank you again.

    Hello Steven,

I cannot reproduce the error in my installation.

We don’t have any news yet on whether you have tried disabling all plugins except our plugin, WooCommerce, and using a default WordPress theme.

If you haven’t done it yet, could you please do so and tell us if the error still occurs?

I’m looking forward to your response.

    Have a nice day!

Hi @juaancmendez were you able to resolve this?

    Hello Steven,

Did you test disabling all the plugins except our plugin and WooCommerce?

It is likely that the error is of integration with plugins or the theme of your site.

We need to know that information because we can′t replicate it.

I’m looking forward to your response.

    Have a nice day!
