WooCommerce emails going to Gmail Promotions tab and not the Primary tab.

    Hi, this is a really great plugin.

    I have managed to set it up using Gmail as my Mailer.

    The order confirmation emails are ending up in the “Promotions” tab and not the “Primary” tab.

    The customers can’t see the order confirmation emails.

    The emails themselves are basic emails and don’t have any links or images, but just the order information.

    How do I fix this?

  • Hi @ekimbo,

    The first thing to check would be to make sure that WP Mail SMTP is fully configured with the Gmail mailer.

    When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log.

    This will give us an idea of what might be going on.
