Problem with generating the Domain Key

Hello, when I want to generate a Domain Key I get the error:
Cloud Error: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificateI’m using Let’s Encrypt
Please help…

please download file
https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/master/wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt
make backup and replace it into your /wp-includes/certificates/ca-bundle.crt
