    I am using siteground and I am using the Dynamic Caching function of it, of cause , I am using cartpops, but recently , I found that the caching is not working for my website. when I make the caching testing of my website url, always get the error “The URL is not cached”.
    When I got the support from siteground, they reply to me the below information.
    ===== siteground reply begin =============

    x-proxy-cache-info: 0 NC:000000 UP:SKIP_CACHE_SET_COOKIE

    ————————

    Due to the "SKIP_CACHE_SET_COOKIE" header, all caching is currently disabled. To resolve that, you should make sure that the header is removed by disabling (or reconfiguring) the plugin which currently adds this header. It would be best to discuss the matter further with your developer as he should be better suited to clarify what part of your website exactly is adding the response header in question.

    What I can suggest in this case would be to disable all the plugins one by one to understand if one of them is causing the issue or we can do this for you if you prefer.

    ===== siteground reply end =============

    so I deactived all plugin and activated them one by one , then I find out that was caused by cartpops. hope you can check this issue , it really impact the website speed a lot.
