Cannot restrict group users

    I made a post with Read restriction to Group A only,
    Created a user to Group B and login as this user.
    As Group B user, I cannot see the post in dashboard (which is expected),
    but still can view the post by visiting the permalink.

    Is this normal?

    No this would not be normal. You should not be able to view the post with the “Group B” user unless that user also is a member of “Group A”.

    Maybe the “Group B” user is being served a page via cache which skips the access restrictions?
