    Hello,

When clicking a language to translate the page, it does not translate. In browser console it shows this error:

The plugin was working fine for awhile, I am not sure when the issue occurred. It could have occurred during the last update.

Also, if I clear the browser cache and reload the site, when clicking a language, it works. However, when I reload the page and then try clicking a language again, it fails to work. I tested this out on Chrome and Edge, same results.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Try to disable Tidio chat and check again. When I block it in my browser, the translations are working again.

I have also noticed that you have 2 language selectors in the HTML source code, make sure to keep only one.

BTW. I have noticed that when I enter your website it starts to bombard me with popups and messages, not a pleasant experience I must tell.

    Thanks! ??

    Hello,

So the issue was in the source code:

    <script src="//translate.google.com/translate_a/element.js?cb=googleTranslateElementInit2" async></script>

I removed it and it looks like it’s working fine now.

Thanks for the help and thanks for the popup and messages critique. Usually we don’t bombard you with messages during the day via Tidio chat! Only at night when the bot is active. ??

    Good to know. Thanks! ??
