• Hello I remember when I first installed WordPress it was from www.ads-software.com and it was the English Version. I was new back then and little did I know that there was a German WordPress Version. About 6 months later someone helped me install the german language pack and some parts of the backend menu shows in German but some parts dont. Some plugins like wpforms and imagify still show completely in English. Please help me what to do . I want everything to show up in German. I am aware that some plugins only show in English however wpforms and imagify should show in German. Thank you.

  • After switching languages, make sure to go to (in English, sorry) Dashboard > Updates and apply any translation updates that are available.

If a plugin is not displaying in your language, you should check if it has even been translated. For plugins in the www.ads-software.com repository you can check their translation status as https://translate.www.ads-software.com/.

For example, according to that site WPForms may not have sufficient translation coverage for a German language pack to be released:

thank you and yes everything is up to date including the translation packages.

you are right that some plugins do not support other languages and always display in English, however the plugins imagify and wpforms should be fully in German but they are in English in my case. I know that they should be in German because I have another website – wordpress downloaded from de.www.ads-software.com – and i can see these plugins in German.

    any advise would be appreciated
