It works but I can not log out or back in

  • Hello,

    When I switch to a user works great, can see their orders and can even modify their subscriptions, when I try to go back to the admin council or logout its not letting me I am stuck being logged in as the user.

    I do have on 2FA for administrator accounts but even when I type in the code its in a perpetual loop thinking I am the user.

    I can walk someone thru this or take a video just need to know where to send it.

    How can I send you the video link without it being public?

    I also can’t log back into the website without clearing my cache, somehow it’s remembering me as the logged-in user no matter what I do.

    I have the same problem. Can you please share what was the problem?

    I also can’t GO BACK (the button doesn’t work), when I try to log out from profile I get 502 error. So like @miherbal said, you can’t log out without clearing cache.
