• Hi,
First off: our agency does use the premium plugin but the premium support form does not show up on https://www.relevanssi.com/support/ – if you could look into this as well that would be great. Happy to send through the details outside of the forum here.

As to the issue we’re having on a current site built:

The search works unreliably. Some search terms produce no results even though they should, others work as expected. That said, when we do get search results, only the first page will work. Moving on to page 2 etc will then result in a “We could not find any posts” error message.

    What we have checked:
    – search terms are long enough
    – no stopping words or exclusions involved
    – I checked the debugging and Admin Search and they produce the expected results
    – we do use the same setup / settings on other websites with no issue
    – we did try re-indexing the site content and also tried out different settings with no success.

One interesting thing: While the plugin was indexing the content, the search worked properly, showing the expected results. Once the indexing has finished, the search would have the same issues again as described above.

We do use Beaver Builder and Beaver Themer on our websites. It has not caused any issues on our other websites.

Please let me know what other information you need to look into this. And if we could somehow move this ticket over to premium support that would be great.

    Thanks, Steph

The Premium support form shows up when you’re logged in with an account that has an active Premium license. Based on a guess from your username, your license expired in February, and you haven’t renewed since. Once you renew the license, you can then use Premium support.
