Have you checked the browser console (F12) for more details? Maybe you see the reason why you cannot connect.

Refused to display ‘https://www.website.com/’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘sameorigin’.

If this header is set you cannot include an iframe.
