Add support for Sensei plugin

  • Just wondered if you had considered adding specific support of more generically supporting the Sensei LMS plugin which is built by the WordPress team.

    Currently Stream partly picks up some activities in Sensei with entries like 's sensei_course_status on "Course Name" edited and New sensei_lesson_status by on "Lesson Name" pending approval but these could be fixed to explain what’s happening and correctly link to the activity etc.
