Authentication Code not sent to my email

There are no known issues with 2FA on the latest 2.74 version. I checked it just now – all fine.
Please, probably your mail server caused the issue.
Notice that you can disable 2FA in your CleanTalk dashboard in the Security service settings. Please check this guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/two-factor-auth.
