Percentage discounts for some users while other gets fixed price

Hi

On individual products I can set lower prices for users – I want these prices to be available to only one category of user for wholesale purposes. (150 item for 130)

The problem I have is that other users who get a small discount are getting their discount on the wholesale price. (130 – 5% discount). Is there a way I can set it so they get their discount on the full price?

Wholesale prices vary so I can’t set a larger percentage for the first category.
