Add email, phone, address field in receipt shortcode

What you are looking to do falls beyond the scope of our support and we don’t have any ready-to-paste snippets for that.

The give_get_payment_meta function used on line 21 of the Receipt shortcode can be used to get any custom meta fields by passing the donation ID:

You can use something like this to get the donation phone number:
$phone_number = give_get_payment_meta( $donation_id, 'give_phone', true );
