Hi @trevorwood,
Yes.
For IG, you will need login credentials. (You need IG login credential for any IG account you wish to display, and the IG account must be public). Open IG in a separate browser tab, sign out of the IG account that you are in, and then sign into the IG account you wish to add. Back in your WordPress dashboard, go to Feed Them > Instagram Options and click the banner/button to gain an access token for the new IG account. Follow the prompts. Then go to Feed Them > Settings and generate a new IG feed shortcode. Copy/paste that to your WP page. Then after you update/publish, clear the FTS cache so that the changes can take effect.
To add a FB feed, it is a similar process. The FB Page must be a FB Business Page (it can not be a personal, group, event or community page). You must have admin privileges for that FB Business Page. After that criteria has been met, go to Feed Them > Facebook Options and click the banner/button to gain a new access token. Once the prompts begin (be sure you are logging in through your personal FB account) click the ‘edit settings’ button to the left of your name in blue, then check the new FB Page you wish to display. Once the prompts have returned you to WP, click on your page banner and then click the ‘Save’ button that appears. You can then proceed to Feed Them > Settings to generate a new FB feed shortcode. Copy/paste that to your WP page and again, after you update/publish, clear the FTS cache so the new changes can take effect.
Best regards
