Prevent reordering under certain circumstances

    Hey, I was wondering if there is a hook that I can use to prevent reordering under certain circumstances?

    I have a listing of custom post type and optional filtration by custom taxonomy.

    If there is no custom taxonomy (category) set, I would like to prevent reordering since it messes up order made when custom taxonomy filter was applied.

    @bkrnetic there is no such hook available at the moment.

    Dear user,

    We have tested WP Sort Order carefully. There are checkboxes on settings page which enables the taxonomies and custom post types for sorting (drag and drop) independently. It never happens if a taxonomy enabled for sorting so any linked post types are being effected or contrast. Kindly provide the screenshots and/or recorded video about your experience. Maybe you couldn’t explain well in the first message.

    About hooks, I would say, action hooks or filter hooks are actually advanced level control for the pro users. Basic users are comfortable with user interface based actions. If you are familiar with hooks implementation, then you might be able to create and implement hooks as well, if I am not wrong. Please be update the plugin and let us know if you understand the plugin functionality with the checkboxes on settings page.
