• Hi,

I’m new to WordPress and would welcome any advice…

Rather than drafting posts straight into WordPress, I’ve been writing posts first of all in a Word document then converting the text into WordPress.

I’ve been doing this as I’m kinda used to and prefer being able to move paragraphs around. I like to be able to see and scroll through large amounts of text as I write, cut and pasting as I go.

I find the text editor space rather small.

However, I realise that I may be making more work for myself!

I’d really like to hear from people how I can get the ‘Word’ way of writing in WordPress (maybe by formating the text editor in a different way etc.).

    Any advice gratefully received.

    Thank you.

    Scott

  • I am using FKCEditor plugin.
The user interface gives the possibility to Paste by Ctr V a copy of word document.
Is it what you are searching for?
Meaning that you will continue to use Word for creating or maintaining a document. May be you will find this plugin useful and easy to use instead of word.
I hope this will be of interest for you.
