Estimated delivery for each product does not work

Hi,
estimated delivery does not work for each product separately. If I change something in the product settings (estimated delivery) on the page, nothing will appear. It only shows up when I check the box “overwrite general settings” but I don’t want it because I want a different delivery time for each product.
Can you help me please?
