Hi, great plugin, which I am using for several popups, most of which are for logged in users; however the one I have for use by both logged in and logged out, which shows a contact form (CF7), doesn’t work on mobile or tablet, and just shows the screen with a grey semi transparent overlay without the form in the middle. I have tried this on an iphone, ipad and Android phone and it is the same. Do you have any suggestions why this is happening and what the fix might be? I am still trying to investigate but I am hoping someone might have encountered this as well and knows a fix or what to look for, but I haven’t been able to find anything in the forum. Incidentally I have a webapp plugin (PWA for WP & AMP) which allows users to install the site on their device screen, and on ios the popup does work for logged in users, but not logged out; on Android it works for logged in users sometimes but the popup is not positioned as it should be and only two thirds of the form is visible with no scroll option. I am thinking that these are not necessarily a problem with your plugin and I am looking into them but I thought the extra information might help. It’s a real head scratcher though!

Maybe nobody has seen this yet, but I have been doing further tests, as well as disabling some plugins. I have discovered a further problem – I can’t get any popup on any device to work with the condition of being logged out, while the original problems remain. I haven’t yet disabled all plugins but I tried deactivating the PWA one, however that made no difference. I will continue to investigate but I would appreciate at least some acknowledgement that my problems have been noted!

    Hi Awol,
Is there any page where I can see the issue with the forms?
The one for logged out is the same popup?

Please send a full screenshot of the popups rules using a service such as imgur or similar

    Hi Damian,
Thank you for responding but alas, too late; I have found an alternative way of displaying the contact form on click, so I can’t provide any screenshots as I have changed so much; however I am certain that the rules were correct as they were previously working when I set the popup up a few months ago, so something changed to prevent them working in this particular circumstance. The other popups I have with your plugin are still working fine, so as I said, this was a real head scratcher, and in the end I abandoned using a popup in favour of a self coded, inferior but working solution.I don’t think there was an issue with your plugin, by the way, as I tried others and they had the same issue, so something else was/is going on. I tried 3 different devices and multiple browsers, cleared caches, deactivated plugins, the works, but any popup I created for logged out users triggered by a button click worked on desktop but not on mobile/tablet, and I even set a very simple ‘Welcome’ message one to be triggered after a few seconds of visiting a page – again worked with logged in users, but not for logged out. The other popups I use are only for logged in users so I can continue with them. I hope that helps you if you decide to investigate further, but I had to give up.

Thanks for letting me know. I will close the ticket but let me knwo if the issue happens again.
I will investigate on my end.
