Demo downloading issue

Hello, I am testing OceanWP with OceanExtra to see if it’s worth buying. I have a brand new WordPress installation, I install OceanWP and then Ocean Extra as suggested, I have nothign more. Then I go to Theme Panel> Run the Setup Wizard and on the Selecting your demo template I cannot see all the different templates…This was not the case 10 days ago, is there any problem in oceanWp servers, or should I check anything?
If I go to Theme panel > Install Demos, I can see the demos, I then choose the e-commerce Store template demo and proceed. Then I activate all the free plugins suggested (including e-commerce) , then go to the next step using the below light blue button and it starts to download the different items…but the “importing xml data’ part gives a ‘there was a problem during the importing process resulting in the following error from your server: 500’ error….while the other data are downloaded….again, is there anything I am doing wrong or is the problem in oceanWP servers?
