My baxckup is unsuccessful

Could you try to reduce the backup archive split size. This will split the backup into smaller, more manageable files. To do this, open the ‘expert settings’ section of the UpdraftPlus Settings tab, and find the ‘split backups every’ option. Set this to 25Mb, save your settings and run a new process.

If the backup still fails to complete please send us a copy of the backup log.

With the last upgrade of the plugin, the backup runs properly now.
I currently leave the things so.

But your recommendation is interesting: the default value for this setting is 400 Mb, and I replace this value by 200 Mb.So I note your recommendation to set the value to 25 Mb if the trouble comes again and then:
– if OK with 25 Mb, I have to research the greater value (greater than 25 Mb) with a successful backup
– if always not OK, I send to you a copy of the backup log. But how can I send it to you ? There is no place in this page to get a file attached.

We use 25Mb for the split size as this is the minimum it can be reduced to.
If you try it at 25Mb and it fails then we know the issue is not your split size and we look elsewhere.
If yours works at 200Mb then you can leave it there.
