home page feature stories showing text from blog page

HI I am using the cover news theme. The home page shows a number of blog posts with images and the heading of the page. Below these there are 6 blog post feature boxes, each with images, but these boxes are showing text from the blog pages themselves. How do I stop this text appearing in the bottom 6 text boxes please?
