Incorrect display of search popup in version 2.7.1

Also, you can try to deactivate all 3rd party plugins and re-check.

I cannot create a ticket, as half a year has passed, so I am creating a bug report here.

Disabled all plugins, left only those needed for the theme, but still the bug remained.

The problem appeared immediately after updating the MasterStudy theme.

This issue is not detected on our side (Screenshot) when tried to open the search box from the header (Screenshot).

Since you have installed a premium Masterstudy theme, the Masterstudy LMS Pro plugin is also included. Please, update it to the latest version (v3.6.6) and recheck the issue.

Updated the plugin, but the problem persists. What email address can I send you my test site login information to?

Since you have installed the Premium theme, you can send your credentials through our support system only. According to the rules of this forum, we do not publish information about Pro features on https://www.ads-software.com:

Thank you for understanding and helping us with this.

Furthermore, make sure that you updated the theme (v4.4.0) and all required plugins. You can find these plugins under the Appearance > Install Plugins section.

After that recheck the issue by disabling all third-party plugins, and clearing your cache and cookies.

Now I have version 4.3.8 and I am not offered to update the theme to version 4.4.0. Need to update manually?

Thanks. The issue was resolved after updating via the Envato Market plugin.
For some reason, during a regular update, the theme was not updated to version 4.4.0.
